We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders correctly. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
Your shipping information is sent to Stamps.com or another professional shipping company via their SSL data-stream for postage and tracking number information for your order. You will receive an e-mail from us and also from the shipping service with tracking number and order information.
Credit Card Policy
Your credit card information is handled exclusively by Authorize.Net or a PCI Compliant payment gateway. We do not store this information on our website and all transactions are handled by the payment processor's SSL data-stream.
Orders placed before 1pm PST Monday - Friday are typically shipped the the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm PST or on weekends are shipped the following business day. Orders are typically received within three to five business days for the lower 48 states. Hawaii, Alaska and international orders may take longer.
If there are any delays in your order, we will notify you immediately.
Please note: Although we have not experienced any issues with customs, we ask that you please check your local laws before ordering. We are unable to be liable for orders stopped / held by customs in your country or issue refunds. If this occurs, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see if there is anything we can to do to resolve the issue.
Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns. However, our primary concern is to ensure that you are satisfied.
